HOW TO MEASURE KLOTHO LEVELS?

Measuring Klotho levels typically involves a blood test or urine test. Here's a general overview of the process:

Blood Test

Sample Collection: A blood sample is drawn from a vein, usually in the arm.
Laboratory Analysis: The sample is sent to a laboratory, where it is analysed using specific assays, such as enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), to determine the concentration of Klotho protein in the blood

Urine Test

Sample Collection: A urine sample is collected.
Laboratory Analysis: The sample is analysed in a laboratory to measure the Klotho protein levels, again using techniques like ELISA

Note

The availability of Klotho testing may vary, as it is not a routine test and may not be o ered by all laboratories. It's important to interpret the results in the context of your overall health and in consultation with a healthcare provider, as Klotho levels can be influenced by various factors and conditions..

ARE THERE KLOTHO PROTEINS IN THE MARKET NOW?

As of now, there are no commercially available Klotho protein supplements or therapies on the market. However, there is ongoing research and development in this area, with the potential for future therapeutic applications. Here are some key points about the current status:

Research Stage

Most work on Klotho is still in the research and clinical trial stages. Scientists are studying its e ects and potential therapeutic applications in various diseases, including chronic kidney diseases, cardiovascular diseases, and neurodegenerative disorders.

Biotechnology Companies

Several biotechnology companies are actively researching Klotho and developing potential treatments that harness its benefits. These treatments are not yet approved for general use and are undergoing clinical trials to establish their safety and efficacy.

Experimental Treatments

Some experimental treatments and therapies involving Klotho are being tested in clinical trials. These trials aim to determine if Klotho can be used safely and e ectively to treat specific medical conditions.

Supplement Market

While direct Klotho protein supplements are not available, some products in the supplement market claim to boost Klotho levels indirectly. These supplements often include ingredients like vitamin D, zinc, and other compounds that may influence Klotho expression

There is a newly developed and patent pending Swiss Klotho Regulating Supplement – Klo-Cel. Made only in Switzerland, this supplement is backed by substantial science and has proven in vivo studies which demonstrate that the supplement is able to activate Klotho production via mRNA genetic expressions.
